A: The on-board Wi-Fi name is in the format of goloxx…xx. (xx…xx indicates the 12-digit serial number of the golo box.)
  Q: Why I cannot find on-board Wi-Fi?
A: Please ensure that the golo box is plugged into the DLC and is woken. If all is OK, please replug the golo box.
  Q: Can I use WiFi after the ignition switch turns off?
A: Yes. You can set the dormancy time on WiFi module to extend WiFi usage time.
  Q: Why I cannot initiate remote diagnosis for my selected car?
A: Please ensure that the car to be remotely diagnosed has an activated golo box and has been configured. If the preceding conditions are true, and you still fail to request for remote diagnosis, please check whether the golo box works properly by referring to the LED indicators of the golo box.

A: Yes, you have, but all the original config file will not be saved, you should download it again.
  Q: What is the difference between bind garages and follow garages?
A:
Bind garage: A user has followed the garage's official account and bound the garage with golo box. After binding, the garage can push messages to the user, automatically obtain the user's car faults, maintenance expiry, and send remote diagnosis request to the user.
Follow garage: A user has followed the garage's official account but has not bound the garage with golo box. After follow, the user can receive pushed messages from the garage but cannot receive car faults or maintenance expiry information.
